The Porto Alegre Training Program is internationally accredited and therefore it follows all the guidelines of the International Feldenkrais Federation (IFF). All the trainers are internationally certified and have wide teaching experience across several countries.

 

All the trainers are officially recognized by the international guilds and Todos os instrutores são "trainers" oficialmente reconhecidos pelas associações internacionais e com larga experiência em diversos países.

 

Duration: 800 hours, divided in 8 segments (5 hours a day).

 

Language: English with translation to portuguese

 

Content: both modalities of the Method, Awareness Through Movement and Functional Integration

 

The course covers all the required complexions to enable the student to acquire the skills to become a Feldenkrais practitioner: musculoskeletal and neurological systems, the environmental aspects of the organization of posture and movement. 

 

The certification will be provided by the FGNA (Feldenkrais Guild of North America), an organization member of the International Feldenkrais Federation (IFF).
